不锈钢岗亭的制作标准
Standard for making stainless steel kiosks
1)主柱：:采用1.0不锈钢板压力成型(口 75*75方柱)。
1) main column: 1.0 stainless steel plate pressure molding (mouth 75 ≤ 75 square column).
2)门：不锈钢压力成型(或塑钢型材)。
2) door: stainless steel pressure forming (or plastic steel profile).
3)窗:不锈钢压力成型(或塑钢型材)
3) window: stainless steel pressure forming (or plastic steel profile)
4)外封板:采用0.8不锈钢亚光板(或用0.8电解板烤漆)。
4) external sealing board: 0.8 stainless steel sub-light board (or 0.8 electrolytic board baking paint).
内封板:米黄色彩钢板。
Inner seal plate: beige color steel plate.
屋面:用镀锌板折成，中性胶密封。
Roof: folded with galvanized sheet, seaLED with neutral adhesive.
室内吊顶:用厚 6mmPVC塑胶板。
Indoor ceiling: use thick 6mmPVC plastic board.
室内置日光灯 20W节能灯和二座开关、插座。
Indoor fluorescent lamp 20W energy-saving lamp and two-seat switch, socket.
中间夹层用 30mm骨架，双侧各扣厚9mm木夹板。
The middle interlayer is made of 30mm skeleton and thick 9mm wood splint on both sides.
10)底板用L30x30角钢架，铺设厚 18mm 木夹板，上面铺防滑铝板。
