Tell You The Home decorating tips

How many times have you said "if only I had more money?" blaming that for a reason you are depressed with the way your current home looks. Surprisingly though unless you have enough extra money to hire a clutter keeper too, more money will add up to more stuff and more stuff usually means less living space and more dust. What is the

solution then you say? It isn't as hard as it sounds.

First you need to make realistic goals by maybe setting aside 20 minutes at least 3 days a week. Go room to room and take out everything you don't need. With the stuff

you take out, you can put in a box or bag and do one of two things. Hide it away or throw it away. Now after that is done, do you have any stored blankets, sheets, that you can use as a table cloth or curtains? Maybe you have a curtain that would look nice draped over a shelf. Can you make end tables or stands out of stored boxes? Would the quilt on your bed look nicer as a couch cover instead? When is the last time you used the appliances in your kitchen? Would you feel more organized if you could easily reach in a cupboard and grab what you need without everything falling out of it. If it has been over six months since you used it, get rid of it. But it brings back good memories or aunt Peggy got it for me. The point is, it is now adding unneeded stress to your life, let it give someone else good memories now. What about those extra hanging pictures of flowers and boats hiding in your closet? Cut a picture out of a magazine and put it in the picture frame instead or print your favorite quotes on computer paper and hang it up. Do you have any tables or shelves that would look better simply with a $1 spray paint job?

Do you have any bright towels that may lighten up the bathroom some? The room is often darker and smells dirtier. Get rid of household smells alone would add beauty to your home. Keep all cigarette smoking outside, light candles, take trash out frequently, sprinkle toilets with Comet or denture cleaner everyday. Try to let fresh air and sunshine in the house everyday, even in the winter. Make a theme for each room from stuff you

already have, group all floral pictures in the bedroom, all elephant photos in the kitchen, all miniature bears in the bedroom, etc. Discipline yourself to a 5 minute pick up twice a day. Get rid of or hide all papers on the tables and counters. What about your keepsakes?

Would your wedding veil look nice draping over a bookshelf or bed post? Would that picture you had taken on your honeymoon look good on your refrigerator? How about

that graduation tassel? Couldn't you display that on a shelf or in a glass cabinet next your diploma? Display things that bring back good memories. Do not overcrowd with

decorations though. Remember how clean your home looked when you first moved in? It can look that way again, if you let yourself become obsessed with the freedom to live a

low stressed life instead of with owning possessions.
