Step Three
Purchase wood at a lumberyard.
Step Four
Purchase other supplies like paint or stain, weatherproofing, hardware, doorknobs and nails or screws.
Step Five
Measure and cut each piece of wood so that you have a top, back and two sides.
Step Six
Measure a piece that is the same size as the sides.
Step Seven
Attach the top to the back using nails or screws.
Step Eight
Attach the two sides to the structure.
Step Nine
Attach the third piece to the top and back an appropriate length from the left-hand side to create a storage space.
Step Ten
Measure the width of your storage space and cut a shelf, door and bottom.
Step Eleven
Attach the shelf and bottom to the cabinet using nails or screws.
Step Twelve
Attach the door then attach the knobs to the door.
Step Thirteen
Use thin strips to create an edging at the top and bottom of your cabinet and attach hardware for the doors to latch.
