Looking for a new look for your vacation rental? Want to freshen it up a bit? Here are some suggestions for your property.
1. Add some new Toss Pillows to your family room or change the fabric on your existing pillows. Look for some remnants at your local department store, choose a wild color and cover the your pillows so they look new.
2. While you are in the fabric store, find something to make new curtains or add a valance to your existing window coverings. A splash of new color may be all that your room needs!
3. Make or purchase new place mats or table runner to help spice up your kitchen. Add a new plant in an old vase with a fresh coat of paint on it for a new center piece on your table. Add a matching vase on the counter with a different plant, maybe a flowering plant to bring it all together.
4. Add a throw blanket on your bed or over a chair in your bedroom along with new bed side lamp.
5. Add a wall hairdryers to each bathroom for convenience and you will look like a genius. Everyone will appreciate it, I assure you.
6. If you have a guest room, spice it up with a new chair with a reading light next to it. Most department stores sell them for very little or you can go to a yard sale to pick up a used one.
Remember to always check the "clearance" section or room. Most stores have one.
