产品适用说明 Application
抹平型修补砂浆主要适用于混凝土地面的裂缝、坑洞、麻点及坑洼修补。

施工工艺 Product use
A 清洁混凝土地面表面

B 对混凝土地面进行勘察，找出需要修补的裂缝、坑洞、麻点及坑洼地方。

C 对需要修补的地方进行清洁，裂缝的地方需要进行切割。

D 清洁或切割好的需要修补地面，用清水浸泡2小时以上，确保地面完全湿润。

E 根据修补地面的面积大小，量取修补材料，加入适量的水进行搅拌。

F 修补砂浆的用量：1.7公斤/平方/毫米，水灰比：1:0.2-0.25，一定要将修补砂浆搅拌均匀成糊状。

G 将搅拌好的修补砂浆倒入需要修补的地面，用抹子抹平，注意地面不得有明显的积水。

H 在抹平的过程中，不得反复来回抹平砂浆，同时修补砂浆应高出补修补的平面。

I 修补砂浆为快干型修补砂浆，由于产品加入保水剂，在干燥的过程中，不易浇水养护。

J 待修补砂浆干燥后，强度完全起来时，采用手磨机或研磨机磨平被修补的地面即可。

注意事项 Matters needing attention
1 如被修补的地面要求修补部分与原地面的颜色一致，可通过在修补砂浆中加入适量的色粉进行调色，色粉本公司可以提供。

2 对于重载地面修补，被修补的地面在上修补砂浆材料前需喷洒本公司的界面剂，进一步增加粘接强度。

3 对修补地方深度比较大的地方，可在配料时加入适量的粗砂，粗砂规格为：20-40目参兑比例：1:0.5。

4 施工环境温度需在5℃以上。
