双组份聚氨酯建筑密封膏属双组份反应固化型,有A,B两组份组成。A组分为乳白色或浅黄色粘稠状聚氨酯预聚体,B组分为固化剂与助剂等混合脱水而成的黑色膏状体或液体,固化后具有一定的弹性及粘结性,（A组份：B组份=10：0.8～1.2）。 聚氨酯密封胶主要分为两种低模量和高模量。建筑用的密封胶大多为低模量品种,即高伸长率,低硬度,并且大多数场合需要具有不下垂性能,用于高速公路及机场的聚氨酯密封胶一般为高模量胶,具有良好内聚力,抗小石子及其它异物嵌入,耐高速交通磨耗。
Two-component polyurethane building sealant belongs to two-component reaction curing type, which consists of two components A and B. Component A is an opalescent or yellowish viscous polyurethane prepolymer, and component B is a black paste or liquid dehydrated by mixing curing agent and additives. It has certain elasticity and cohesiveness after curing. (Component A: Component B = 10:0.8-1.2). Polyurethane sealant is mainly divided into two kinds of low modulus and high modulus. Most of the sealants used in construction are low modulus, i.e. high elongation, low hardness, and most occasions need to have no sag performance. The polyurethane sealants used in expressways and airports are generally high modulus sealants, which have good cohesion, resistance to pebbles and other foreign bodies embedding, and high-speed traffic wear resistance.

基层处理：被粘面必须进行整齐处理（可用手提切割机,砂轮,刚刷等）,使涂胶面露出牢固的结构层。接缝表面必须保证完全干燥,清洁,无霜。表面所有灰尘和水泥稀浆必须清刷处理干净。金属表面的锈层及保护漆也需除去。如构筑物不干,可用喷灯烘干。 多孔表面涂胶前需先涂底涂料. 底涂料只需刷涂一薄层,待其表面不粘手后方可涂密封胶嵌缝.（本公司有配套的各种底涂料供给）。

Cautions for Supplying Shenzhen Two Component Polyurethane Sealant Factory|
一,建筑物必须保持干燥,干净,无油污。
First, buildings must be kept dry, clean and oil-free.
二,在施工前应先将底涂液涂于表面,待表面干燥后把缝隙的两边10mm处贴上50mm宽的防护胶带,以防施工中多余的聚硫胶把构筑物表面弄脏。
Second, before construction, the primer should be applied to the surface, and after the surface is dried, 50 mm wide protective tape should be attached to both sides of the gap to prevent the surface of the structure from being dirty by excess polysulfide glue during construction.
三, 把箱内1桶白色聚硫胶（A组份）与1袋黑色固化剂（B组份）充分搅拌均匀,直到无色差为止。
Thirdly, mix 1 bucket of white polysulfide glue (component A) and 1 bag of black curing agent (component B) in the box until there is no color difference.
(注：因气候不同B组份应冬季多,夏季少）A：B=10：0.8-1.2,用前应先做小试。

四,把搅拌好的聚硫密封胶用灰刀或挤胶枪填入缝内压实填满,再用≥10cm宽腻子刀把胶刮平。
Fourthly, fill the stirred polysulfide sealant with a gray knife or rubber extrusion gun, then scrape the sealant flat with a putty knife greater than 10 cm wide.
五,施平胶后把防护胶带取下即可,24小时内应避免水冲雨淋。

（表干时间≤24小时,7天后方可灌水试验,28天性能全部达到。）
