Water swellable rubber sealing is a single component of our company independent research and development of water swelling, moisture curing, elastic sealant. It is based on polyurethane prepolymer and urea containing pasty with special grafting technology. After curing, it has double sealing and sealing mechanism with volume expansion and elastic sealing. 遇水膨胀止水胶是我公司自主研发的一种单组份遇水膨胀、湿气固化、弹性密封胶。它以聚氨酯预聚体为基础、含有特殊接枝技术的脲烷膏状体，固化成形后具有遇水体积膨胀和弹性密封止水的双重密封止水机理。遇水膨胀止水胶为一种单组分、无溶剂聚氨酯型密封胶，遇水后能产生膨胀，起到很好的止水效果；有良好的填充性和粘接性，确保产品填入裂缝和空隙中， 因而适用于潮湿、光滑及粗糙的表面；特有的柔性确保它适合不规则的基面接缝防水；具有好的耐化学介质性能；使用方便。
　　遇水膨胀止水胶主要适用于工业与民用建筑地下工程、市政隧道、防护工程、山岭及水底隧道、地下铁道、污水处理池等工程的施工缝（含后浇带）、变形缝和预埋构件的防水，以及既有工程的渗漏水治理。遇水膨胀止水胶还用于结构接缝密封和管子渗漏堵止，如混凝土浇铸件中粗糙或光滑结构接缝；密封预制件之间的接缝（如入孔、箱型暗沟、电缆沟、管道沟等）；H型钢周围的接缝；密封螺栓或预铸孔周围的空隙等；正交桩墙的密封等。

施工方法
1、 对施工表面的灰尘进行清理，对是否平整、干湿无特殊要求。
2、 将密封胶放入挤胶枪中，前端开口，旋上胶嘴，根据接缝要求切割胶嘴的大小和宽度。
3、 用挤胶枪将密封胶挤到施工缝中。
4、 涂敷的密封胶到固化为止，避免与水接触。
