由冷弯薄壁型钢作为主肋、纵肋和端肋、内置双层钢丝网，填充（GD）无机轻质混凝土、双面防水层构成，它具有传统钢筋混凝土的可靠性，又具有了轻质的特性。
产品特性：
轻质防火：（GD）无机芯材容重在250-320 kg/m3,以标准板6000mm ×1500mm，板厚为130mm计算，板自重为0.6-0.75KN/m；耐火极限大于1.5小时，根据特殊需求可以达到3小时以上，满足消防需求。
保温隔音：（GD）无机保温芯材的导热系数0.065 W/mk，无需另附加保温层就能有效满足实现夏日隔热、严冬保温的需求；产品的平均隔声量达到43dp以上，让环境等安静。
抗风防渗：安全结构设计，满足设计规范；面层防水层吸水率仅为5％，有效的实现防水隔潮，有效抵抗恶劣环境。
安装方便：吊装后进行焊接或螺栓组装，大大缩短施工周期，简便快捷。
装饰性强：根据需求可进行多种装饰方式选择，如直接刷涂料、镶嵌瓷砖、特殊花纹装饰等。
适用范围：
各种结构形式建筑的墙板，主要有居民楼，大型厂房、仓库、办公大楼、录音（影）棚等围墙等等。

Guoding (GD) Lightweight Steel Structure Wall Board is made by the cold-formed steel as the main ribs, longitudinal ribs and side ribs, internal double-layer steel wire fills (GD) inorganic lightweight concrete and double-face waterproof layer, it has reliability of tradition steel-concrete, but also has a light-weight feature.
Features:
Lightweight & Fire Resistance: The bulk density of GD inorganic core material is 250-450 kg/m3, calculated as standard board (1500mm × 6000mm, thickness as 130mm), board weighs 0.6-0.75KN/m; fire resistance limit is up to 2 hours, can reach more than 3 hours according to special needs to meet fire safety requirements.
Thermal Insulation & Soundproof: Thermal conductivity of GD inorganic thermal insulation core material is 0.065 W/mk, will be able to effectively meet the demand of thermal insulation in summer and keep warm in winter without other thermal insulation layer; the average soundproof of products reaches above 43dp to make the surroudings quiet.
Windproof & Impervious: Security architecture designing meets the design specification; waterproof layer of surface layer is only 5％, effectively against harsh environment.
Easy Installation: Welding or bolt assembly after lifting, greatly shorten the construction cycle, make it simple and quick.
Strong Decorative: According to the needs, a variety of decorating methods can be choosed, such as direct brush paint, mosaic tiles, special decorative pattern, etc.
Scope of application:
