采用冷弯薄壁型钢作为主肋，纵肋和端肋，内置钢丝网，填充（GD）无机轻质混凝土，板底轻质、高强，具有更高的强度和抗冲击能力，又具有了轻质的特性。

特性：
自重轻——（GD）无机轻质混凝土容重700-1000 kg/m3， 独特的轻质芯材加钢结构，板自重0.8-1.1 KN/m2，仅为传统混凝土重量的30％。
强度高——允许外加均布荷载3.5-10KN/m2，能够满足民居、商场、栈桥、厂房等各种场所对荷载的要求。
耐久长——钢框、防腐、钢丝网与无机轻质混凝土的结合，有效抵抗酸、碱侵蚀，设计使用年限与钢筋混凝土相同。
防火高——（GD）无机轻质芯材耐火极限≥1.5小时。
隔音佳——（GD）无机轻质芯材进行各种密度的材料叠加，平均隔音高达43dp以上。
防水严——（GD）无机轻质芯材自然防水层，可根据需求另做防水处理。
配套强——与钢梁焊接，整体性强；简便的施工，节约成本；与钢梁平接，降低层高的消耗。
适用范围：
与混凝土、钢结构配套，适合于民用多层LOFT建筑、商务办公房以及多层的厂房、仓库、栈桥及改造夹层等。

Guoding (GD) Steel Structure Lightweight Floor Board is made by the cold-formed steel as the main ribs, longitudinal ribs and side ribs, internal steel wire fills (GD) inorganic lightweight concrete, board is lightweight and with high strength, has a higher strength and impact resistance, but also has a light-weight feature.
Features:
Light Weight - GD inorganic lightweight concrete-bulk density as 700-1000 kg/m3 - unique lightweight core material plus steel-framed, board weighs 0.8-1.1 KN / m2, only the 30％ weight of traditional concrete.
High Strength - Allowing external uniform loading is 3.5-10KN/m2, can meet load requirements of residential areas, shopping malls, trestle bridge, factory buildings and other places.
Durablity - Steel truss, the combination of anti-corrosion steel mesh, steel wire and inorganic lightweight concrete, effectively resistance to acid and alkali erosion, with the same design life of steel-concrete.
Fire Resistance - Fire-resistant limit of GD inorganic lightweight core material is ≥ 1.5 hours.
Good Soundproof - GD inorganic lightweight core material is superimposed by various densities of materials, the average soundproof can be up to above 43dp.
Wonderful Waterproof - Natural waterproof layer of GD inorganic lightweight core material can also do waterproofing treatment on demands.
Strong Supporting - Welding with the steel beam, make the whole board strong; simple construction, save the cost; and flat connects with the steel beam, lower consumption of high layer.
Scope of application:
Supporting with concrete and steel structure, suitable for multi-storey LOFT civil construction, business office and multi-storey factory building, warehouses, trestle bridge, and transformation of mezzanine.
