一、APP塑性体改性沥青防水卷材是以APP（无规聚丙烯）或APAO、APO（聚烯烃类聚合物）改性沥青为浸涂材料，以优质聚酯毡、玻纤毡为胎基，以细沙、矿物粒（片）料、PE膜为覆面材料，采用先进工艺精制而成的塑性体改性沥青防水卷材。
The APP modifier asphalt waterproofing membrane is a polyester ultra-fine fiber felt and glass fiber mat, using based and random polypropylene (APP) or polyolefin polymer (APAO, APO etc.). It has modified impregnated and coated asphalt material, covered with fine sand, mineral scraps, and PE film – all made using modern and advanced processes.
二、适用范围 Scope of Application
1.重点防水工程及工业与民用建筑的屋面、墙体、地下室、卫生间等的防水防潮。
2.桥梁、道路、停车场、游泳池、隧道、蓄水池等建筑物的防水。
3.特别适用于结构变形频繁和寒冷地区的建筑物；管道、防腐层的保护用包管、防潮。

三、产品特点 Features of product

四、卷材搭接施工方法 CoiLED material lap joint Construction method
1.长边搭接：卷材纵向搭接宽边应≧80-100mm，必须仔细操作，涂刷胶粘贴剂要均匀，不得漏涂。冷粘法卷材边部应有多余的胶粘剂挤出。热熔法应在边部形成一道沥青条。
2.短边搭接：卷材两端必须全部粘结。搭接宽度应≧100mm，当用聚酯胎卷材点粘或空铺时，两头部分必须全粘500mm以上；冷粘法：接缝处应有胶粘剂挤出。热熔法：接缝处要有沥青条挤出。
3.同一层相邻两幅卷材铺贴时，横向搭接边应错开1000mm以上， 且上下两层卷材禁止相互垂直铺贴。　
4.带页岩片卷材短边搭接时要去掉页岩层，方法是用火焰加热后用抹子刮掉页岩部分。也可以采用对接，方法是在接缝处下面垫300mm卷材条，卷材横向对接，接缝处用密封材料处理。
5.卷材铺贴完毕后，必须对搭接部位，端部及卷材收头部位进行密封处理。应嵌填密封材料，封口胶或冷粘剂，然后抹平，使其形成明显的沥青。
1.Longitudinal Overlapping: The width of the longitudinal overlapping must be equal to or greater than 80-100mm, using care to process it by applying the adhesive equally and without leaving any areas unpainted. The edges which are treated with the cold-sticking method should have the excessive adhesive squeezed out. Edges which have been treated using a torch should be over lapped with an asphalt strip.
2.Transverse overlapping：Both ends of the rolling material must be fully adhered. The lap width should be equal to or greater than 100mm; when the polyester reinforcement rolLED materials are treated with the spot-bonding or border-adhibiting method, both ends should be adhered for more than 500mm.Cold-adhibiting method:　the adhesive agent should be squeezed out at a joint. Melted method: some asphalt strips should have adhesive squeezed out.
3.When laying the adjacent two rolls on the same layer and the transverse lap edges contain more than a 1000mm-staggered joint, it is prohibited to perpendicularly lay on the upper and lower layer of rolls.
4.When overlapping the joint on the short edge of a shale sheeted asphalt membrane, the shale layer should be removed with a trowel after being heated using a torch. Also, the butt-joint method could be applied here. A 300mm rolLED strip at the bottom of the joint must provide padding, while the rolLED material is butt-jointed in the horizontal position and seaLED at the joint with sealant.
5.After finishing the laying of rolLED materials, the joints, ends and closing heads are inlaid with sealant, sealing rubber or cold adhesive, and smoothed to form an obvious asphalt strip.
